William C. Dunning's practice is focused on business and personal injury litigation. He represents a variety of clients in complex and commercial litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, appellate litigation, international contract disputes, and personal injury.
Mr. Dunning received his B.A. in Spanish from the University of Missouri in 1994, and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. In law school, William served as an Editor on the Seton Hall Journal of Sport Law and completed an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office in Newark, New Jersey. He has argued before the Third and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
